Real Estate is my passion. Since I started my business in 1996, I have loved every aspect, from helping the first time home buyer realize their dream of homeownership, investors find that perfect income stream, or providing outstanding marketing and service allowing homeowners to sell their property for the highest price in the least amount of time. I quickly realized that providing this high level of service to my customers in every aspect of the transaction would be an impossible task for one person.
Thus, I created The Lindberg Group in 2001. I wanted to be able to give my customers undivided attention when I was with them, but also have someone available to show property or answer questions if I was with another customer. I wanted to create a positive environment for my clients without having to compromise in any way. Image is important when marketing a property, so I felt it was important to give my clients the best possible exposure & experience I could provide by moving The Lindberg Group to Windermere/Fairhaven in 2006. Windermere is the premier company in Whatcom County, & Fairhaven is the premier Windermere office.
Our efforts to provide the best possible service have been working, we have close to an 80% referral rate. Pleased customers tell others of their experience & we are blessed to help their friends & family as well. I am grateful to have the support of our clients, it allows us to spend more time servicing them, instead of chasing new business from unknown entities.
